Ich bin seit 2010 in Stuttgart mit einer kurzen Pause im Sommer 2013, in der ich an der LMU München den Lehrstuhl für Angewandte Mathematik vertreten habe. Im Jahr 2012 habe ich mich hier an der Universität Stuttgart habilitiert. Davor war ich als Postdoc für einige Zeit in London am Imperial College und am University Collge; studiert und promoviert habe ich an der TU Bergakademie Freiberg.
Seit 2015 bin ich Mitglied des International Board of Directors des ISAAC, der International Society for Analysis, its Applications and Computations.
